The effect of community-based health insurance on maternal health care utilization in rural Zambia: a quasi-experimental study

This study evaluated the effect of community-based health insurance on maternal health care utilization in rural Zambia, using a quasi-experimental design. The study compared the changes in the utilization of antenatal care, skilled birth attendance, and postnatal care between the intervention and control districts, before and after the implementation of the insurance scheme.
